This Privacy Policy applies to all C-Customers (individual passengers) and B-Partners (hotels, airlines, travel agencies, corporate clients, etc.) of EXPRESS KING INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS LIMITED trading as Legato (禮駕).

2. Information We Collect

C-Customers: Name, phone number, email, pickup/dropoff locations, flight information, payment details, and special requests.
B-Partners: Company name, contact person, business email, and booking records.
Technical data: IP address, device ID, geolocation (with consent), and browsing behavior.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and confirm bookings, assign licensed drivers, communicate trip status, improve our platform, comply with Hong Kong laws (including PDPO Cap. 486), prevent fraud, and send marketing messages (with your consent).

4. Data Sharing

We share necessary trip details with licensed drivers and B-Partners. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

用於處理預訂、指派持牌司機、溝通行程、改善服務、遵守香港法例（包括《個人資料（私隱）條例》）、防止欺詐及發送推廣資訊（需經您同意）。

4. 資料分享

我們會與持牌司機及商業夥伴分享必要的行程資料。我們不會出售個人資料。
