1. Introduction

Legato is a technology platform connecting passengers and business partners with licensed Hong Kong taxi drivers holding valid e-hailing permits.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are subject to driver availability. Cancellation and no-show fees may apply. Payments are processed securely.

3. Driver & Vehicle Standards

All drivers hold valid Hong Kong Taxi Driver Licence and e-Hailing Permit. Vehicles are legally licensed taxis.

4. Liability

Legato acts as a technology intermediary. We are not liable for acts or omissions of the drivers.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).

2. 預訂及付款

預訂視司機供應情況而定。取消及無出現費用可能適用。付款以安全方式處理。

3. 司機及車輛標準

所有司機均持有有效香港的士駕駛執照及網約牌照。車輛為合法持牌的士。

4. 責任限制

禮駕僅作為科技中介平台。我們對司機的行為或疏忽不承擔責任。

5. 適用法律

本條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄。任何爭議將交由香港國際仲裁中心仲裁。
